Adnan was fantastic. Gave me information over the phone when I had queries. For the appointment he was on time, very friendly, polite and answered any questions I had. He came at 6.30pm and I had the EPC pdf in my emails when I woke up in the morning. Gave the option to pay cash or bank transfer. Would highly recommend and use again if needed. Thanks Adnan

Really good experience. Adnan gave his time freely to give advice about our property, then went to assess it the next day and we had our EPC certificate the day after (which happened to be a Sunday). Prompt and professional service for a reasonable price, and we will definitely use him again.

From 1st contact to the actual visit. The process was quick. Adnan was very attentive, polite and professional. I had my EPC certificate the same evening by email and at less than half the price quoted by an estate agent for the same service. Highly recommended.
