Rude! Went in needing/inquiring about returning an item to amazon, had seen online I could return it from there. Very unhelpful and dismissive. It had been like this on a previous occasion, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Nope, their customer service is so so poor.

Sent a parcel to shop for collection by buyer as instructed. Owner refused collection. I tried to ring to verify but owner would not pick up and returned parcel. Unbelievable and petty. What poor service from a local, community-serving store!
