Popped in for an estimate for car park trolley damage and instead I got instant service by Mike who polished out all the marks and left my car looking as if it had never been attacked. The automatic switch for my car window had broken and the window wasn't closing. Caversham Coach works were very friendly, helpful and responsive, they promptly resolved the immediate problem (of the window not closing) and gave me a clear plan on the next steps. Based on my experience I will be using them again and would recommend them to friends.

I find myself coming back to post another review, 5 years on, due to inconsiderate car park maneuvers damaging my wife's Yaris.Scratch and scuff marks from a shopping trolley dragging over the rear quarter, left the car looking neglected and unloved.Bringing the car in for an estimate didn't deliver wallet hitting predictions.It delivered a no cost instant repair as Mike dealt with the issue on the spot, returning the car to a cared for condition.Now that is service you cant buy, that is a customer first attitude that most people never discover.I'm so glad I trusted the previous experiences to come to Caversham Coachworks as my first stop for repairs.
