UGo Motorhome Hire

We hired the Expedition 66 from UGo motorhomes and completed the NC500. From initial enquiry to collection and return everything was perfect. Hazel and Gordon have always been polite and professional, very accommodating and really helpful, nothing is to much trouble. The canpervan was spotlessly clean when we collected and we were given a really good overview, everything you need for an adventure trip and more is included. I cannot recommend this company enough. Hired a Motorhome for a week and travelled from north to 3 locations in south of England.Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of holidaying in a motorhome. It was extremely comfortable with great facilities and immaculately maintained.The service received from Hazel and Gordon at Ugo was fantastic, we would highly recommend hiring a motorhome from Ugo.

Customer Service at its best from the onset with the personal touch, Price, Quality of Van, Communication, Questions answered and any slight technical queries resolved with a text or call. For newbies like us it was like having a personal assistant at hand at the end of the phone. All in all a fantastic seamless, stress free experience, many thanks to Hazel and Gordon - well done UGo Motorhomes. We travelled circa 1500 miles around Scotland in a Elddis Encore 255, the van was an absolute champion, easy to drive and kitted out like a 4 star hotel with all the mod cons including an AC unit, Wi-Fi and 2 TVs and if you need a BBQ and even bedding as optional extras. If you are looking for value and the best of support and customer service with a personal touch call Hazel and Gordon as “TheyGo” out of their way to make your road trip the best it can be. We have just returned home after a week in UGo's Expedition 66 campervan. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend hiring from UGo. Five stars from start to finish.Their website is very easy to navigate to view the different motorhomes/campervans they have and you can see the availability of all the vehicles on one page - which is great if you are flexible on dates and don't want to keep entering start/finish dates on a booking page (this drives me mad on some other holiday booking sites!).Hazel is just fantastic - a wealth of information on all things motorhome. The handover process was very comprehensive and professional. The vehicle was immaculate - we felt as though we were the first people to have used it. Everything we needed was right there - nothing missing, they have thought of everything. Even a couple of snuggly blankets and a little bag of treats for the four-legged member of our party!Safe in the comfort that we could contact Hazel at any time if we had any queries or problems - we set off into the sunset and had an amazing few days touring Linconshire/Yorkshire.We have used bigger hire companies in the past - but now that we have found UGo, I won't go near the bigger companies again! The UGo service is second to none. Just book with them - you won't regret it!

We hired a beautiful Motorhome last month from Ugo. Everything from start to finish was so professional, Hazel is fabulous and helped us with all our questions as it was our first time, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be hiring from them again in the future. 10/10

We had a brilliant week away in Belgium in a Ugo motorhome. From start to finish the company were professional, helpful and available when we had a query (which in all instances was minor). The motorhome itself was extremely well equipped and the information supplied was comprehensive. Both made all the difference to the break. We also found it competitively priced. A brilliant week, this was our fourth attempt to get away in the motorhome due to covid restrictions, having originally booked in 2019 to go in 2020! Hazel was very accommodating and happy to move the booking for us, answering a multitude of questions we had as this was our first motorhome hire.We had the Autotrail F74 with only a few miles on the clock. It was very easy to drive, cosy, spotless and welcoming.Well stocked with everything needed for the week.Before we left Hazel did a thorough handover going through all the features and our pup was given a doggy bag of treats and blankets which were put to good use.Any help needed was available 24/7 and we were never made to feel like we were inconveniencing Hazel and Gordon.On site, hooking up to electric and using facilities was very easy and we soon got into the swing of things.We would not hesitate to recommend Ugo and are already considering a second trip.Thanks again !

100% satisfied customers. Our Elddis 255 motorhome was a great unit. ​It was immaculate, and everything we could need was provided for our two-week trip. We liked it that the motorhome hadn't got any hirer logos on it, so it felt like our own. Hazel was very helpful with any questions we had during our trip. We will be back for a return trip in the future!
