Have drivers lounge with tv but u not allowed the remote only watch sky news, and after waiting 4hrs u dont even get a free drink which i think as a paying customer is a bit bad

I went in for a warranty check on the auto stop start system. When taking my van into the workshop, Dom (mechanic) noticed a clunk from the steering. Turns out I had a damaged track rod end. He couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting it out. Next day he’d fitted a replacement and recommend the garage they use to get the tracking checked. All the ladies on reception were really helpful and very efficient. Overall I was very impressed.

We have previously used Motus with our VW camper van and was not disappointed then.Due to a gearbox warranty fault I phoned up and was pleased how quickly they booked it in.Unfortunately the fault returned and booked in again. This time hopefully a firmware update will fix the problem.My only complaint this last time was that having booked the van in three weeks earlier or was not looked at until the next day.Had it not been for this delay which in all honesty did not affect us would have given 4 stars.I know the site is busy but van storage is in a safe location.Staff are busy, friendly and helpful

Only use this establishment via my employer but, every occasion of dealing with the parts dept has been excellent. Always served efficiently, politely & never had a problem.However, the service dept, that's another chapter. Hopefully it's improved since the service reception refurb.

Took Ducato in for new rear door hinge and adjustment. James did a great job, I now have doors that close properly. Also took the time to explain what he had done, this guy is knowledgeable. Also great service from Rebecca in the office. Absolutely five stars to Motus Fiat Derby! Many thanks
