DexterPT Bootcamp
Dexter’s PT sessions are a great and friendly way to start getting fit / losing weight. There’s no aggressive yelling and he’s always ready to help tailor exercises to your comfort zone (or possibly just beyond it!!).The sessions are appropriate for any fitness level and body shape. You’ll find nothing but support from the other participants!

Great class! I joined while visiting the UK with a friend who goes regularly, had never done a bootcamp class before. Dexter was very positive and encouraging, I felt welcome in the class by him and the other students. Also, first class was free. Beautiful setting in Orwell. I'd recommend for any fitness level.

Dexter is a fantastic, friendly and very professional PT. He creates well structured classes, gives 100% of his focus into making them challenging while keeping people motivated.The Zoom classes have been perfect during lockdown, very reasonable pricing and I hope to get to a live session, when the rules allow.Highly recommended!
