Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rang up concerned about my kitten and was told to bring him straight in. Was seen to within a few minutes. Can't fault the staff, went above and beyond for my kitten and made sure he was sent home with pain relief and antibiotics.

Brought my cat for a routine blood pressure appointment. Quick service, friendly staff, separate waiting room for cats and other small animals, fast results afterwards. Great altogether!

Extortionate! Always seems to be extra costs with this vets.My cats flea treatment was due so I wanted to renew the treatment. Was told they didn't have it in stock but to try the following week. So I called back to see if they had it, this time I was told both my cats would need to come in for a check up at £45 each because they haven't been in for so long.One of my cats was only in for vaccinations and neutering a couple of months ago. They wanted £167 so I could get the flea treatment for my cats, what a joke!

Extremely grateful for everything. Had to have my Rex pts tonight. From the initial call for emergency appt, the appt itself and the aftercare arrangements - all staff where amazingly kind. My heads gone so I can't remember names but to the 2 women out front and to the Dr who seen to us I can't thank you enough for the kindness and compassion you showed.I sincerely hope to never go through that again but honestly you all made it as bareable as it could have been.Thank you.

Nursed our 6 month old puppy back to life, literally. Can’t say enough good things about this practice. Staff are so caring, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Amazing vets, the staff are brilliant, been going 11 years to them, and never had a complaint. They always give the pets 110%. Jeff Potts is the main senior vet and knows absolutely everything. Prices are good considering the rise in everything.They are just at the side of Alder hey children's hospital next too the job centre.

Well what can I say " my experience with this place is NOT A HAPPY ONE. Its all about how much MONEY they can sting you with.. l payed £2.200 bill. 2 days board and xray's .drip.pain relief....then to be told they couldn't get the operation done. So we would have to take him to an orthopaedic animal hospital in runcorn " WHY THIS WASN'T DONE ON SUNDAY IS BEYOND ME.totaly disappointed in this place as I have used it 25 years but this was the old alder vets.. not this money making organisation
