I contacted Jolene to get an emergency appointment due to injury and was very impressed to get a speedy response and an appointment within a couple of days.She was very thorough, professional and friendly.I've since had 2 sessions with Jamie for acupuncture and he is also brilliant, very knowledgeable and I'm so happy to no longer be in pain!Great service at every appointment.Will definitely go back for treatment when needed.

I went to Jolene with a persistently painful knee. After an examination she recommended acupuncture which I had not had before and was apprehensive. However, she put me at ease by explaining it all carefully and I was unaware of the needle’s going in or coming out and within 24 hours my persistent pain had gone. Jolene is very knowledgeable , highly skilled and very friendly.

I contacted Jolene about my 3 week old baby as he was lying on his left side and I couldn’t get him to rotate his head to the right or get him to lie on his right and he also struggled to settle on his back, he felt quite tight and like he was struggling to move around. After only one treatment, Jolene has managed to work absolute wonders and I can’t believe the difference! Jude now feels so free and is able to rotate his head to the right and is settling by himself, just generally feels a lot more comfortable! Can’t recommend Jolene enough, thank you so much, money very well spent! X

I went to see Jolene for problems with my neck/shoulder/back. I have reduced range of motion that hasn’t been able to be fixed by stretching. Jolene is very knowledgeable! We found various different problems that I never really thought of. It was also my first ever acupuncture session and I felt safe as I trust her expertise on the subject. She is also an osteopath, and having someone understanding multiple disciplines is a bonus! She has great attention to detail and very lovely person to chat to as well. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing!

Jolene treated my newborn son and I today. I cannot recommend her enough. She is so knowledgeable, gentle and caring. She picked up on a few areas of tension caused by either his birth or his tongue tie which she treated thoroughly. For the 1st time in 2 weeks my baby relaxed, latched and fed well with no pain! Osteopathy and acupuncture should be a must have treatment for all postpartum mums and newborns.

Well, what can I say about Jolene ….she is magic ! I first went to see Jolene admits the craziness of lockdown. I was bed bound, unable to breathe, walk or even talk I was in so much pain with my back and legs after being failed by the NHS. I called her as my last hope and she was able to fit me in a few hours later. My husband had to carry me from our car to her front door as I just couldn’t move without pain. We had an in depth talk about my medical history and she then got to work. She was extremely considerate of my pain and didn’t do anything I was not comfortable (pain wise) with. She explained everything she was doing and the reason she was doing and the effect it would have. After just over an hour I was able to stand (still in some pain but I could actually stand!). I was booked in for weekly sessions and a list of exercises to do every day to help. I saw Jolene every week for over 2 months and we moved to every two weeks and so on and so on. So, having seen Jolene now for 2 years I have never felt better and just need a top up every few months. With her help I am able to run around with my children, sit and even walk without pain. She is caring, compassionate, funny and will try her best to help with anything and supporting me with referrals after years of pain ! I have never felt better. I 100% Recommend Jolene and her team at Balance360 as they are ALL AMAZING !

I saw Rhys recently about an ogoing neck and shoulder pain that I get through regular desk work. The pain had reached a level I was struggling with and needed resolution. Rhys was great, and identified the probable causes very quickly, explained everything he was doing and then proceeded to relieve the strssed muscles on my back, neck and shoulders.
