Terrible practice. Rude and unhelpful! Removed a 3 year old child from their nhs list without warning. I phoned several times to confirm he was registered with them at 6 months. After battling to get a toddler to agree to go to the dentist, we finally come to make his first appointment and he apparently was never even registered. I suggest they train their staff in improving their knowlege of their own procedures and improve their customer service.

Both myself and my husband can’t speak highly enough of this dental practise - yes we now have to pay for the service but get 2 x check ups 2x hygienist appointments and X-rays per year. Plus other benefits and know that if we have an emergency we can just call.All the team are so friendly and there is always a smile - thank you all.

I had the best experience possible at a dentistry! All the staff were friendly, professional and kind. I was seen by the wonderful Stuart and a very lovely dental nurse. I was seen very quickly. Would recommend! Thank you for everything :)

Absolutely evil dentist. They have let there community down by pure and utter greed. The new housing estate by king Charles, Nansladen when completed will have 4000 houses costing around half a million for a basic semi. The closest dentist to this new estate is you guessed it Newquay dental centre who were the only fully NHS dentist in Newquay. The dentist owners has cancelled its NHS contract and told all of its patients they are going private, even the CHILDREN. Absolutely vile scum bags. They cancelled my last two NHS appointments now telling me that I have to go private even though there are contracted till October.

I had root canal treatment for an abcess a few months ago, I believed the abcess had been treated properly and would cause no further issues. At the time the dentist told me the filling which he did may last 5 months or 5 years". A few days after the practice switched to being fully private

I'd give 10 stars if i could. Not only they saved my teeth, but also took away the terror i always had of the dentist ( due to very bad past experiences). Excellent practice and excellent approach with super anxious patients ( such as myself), i strongly recommend it.

Can not thank Chris & Kim enough for their patience during an extraction this week. I have had terrible dentistry experiences in the past but they made this a positive, almost pain free procedure. My trust in dentists has been restored. Thanks again.
