This accommodation is excellent. I have been here for three years. I am very pleased with the staff. I can say this is the best place I have stayed so far.

The reception doesn’t follow the hours that are announced for us most of the time it’s closed.Students smokes in their rooms even though it’s not allowed ! In conclusion it’s Such a miserable place to live in NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The fire alarm rings every 2 days. It takes 20 minutes to turn off when security members are off.

As a contractor, we have been dealing with IQ for a long time, their properties are immaculate and their staff very friendly and helpful, with a special mention for the Brighton team, particularly Serena and Anna who are both lovely and go the extra mile to help

The best place I've stayed at!! Sawmills have made it so easy for me when it comes to moving in, moving out or making me feel comfortable. The staff here are so welcoming and care very much about your wellbeing. The building is always kept spotless, and the rooms are lovely! I would recommend for anyone to stay here!
