Home Bargains

There are some seriously good Christmas novelties in here. I would go there first before visiting anywhere else! Plenty of bargains to be had!

Always handy place to buy laundry items and bits and pieces. Prices very reasonably. Wouldn't recommend fruit though, bit under par. Roberts bread good.One thing would mention till receipts spot on, unlike a lot of other supermarkets.

Personally love home bargains one of the best shops around. My concern that scares me is my partner works here and the manager said she can not have staff dicount as she works in another store. It scares me how managers can think they can get away with being so lazy and quite frankly there lack of knowledge is just scary. He didnt have a scooby doo and if your that manager my advice is you really need to know what your talking about. Tried to wing it (you knew i was gonnan going to kick up a fuss so he did give it to us. But what i dont get is why dont u want to look after your staff

There was plenty of car parking for this centre, but be warned space are tight. It took me ages to find one I could actually open my car door in. Home Bargains is well Home Bargains you go in for one thing and come out with 20 unexpected things :)

Can’t praise the store enough, staff on shop floor and tills always friendly and ready to help, Want to say a big Thank you to Shane the Manager he went over and beyond for me when I wanted 2 items that wasn’t in stock, he contacted me when the first item came in and helped us to load it in the car. He wasn’t sure if second item be coming in stock, I asked if I could by the display model he said I could, I asked when could I collect the item he said “I’ll dismantle it now be ready for you in half hour!!!” He brought it out to the car and helped load into the boot I couldn’t believe it, I was really impressed. Don’t get service like that anymore!!!!! Clearly you do. Thank you Shane you made an old woman very happy x

Nice friendly store as always go in for a few bits come out with a trolley full.Cashier was really chatty and friendly even with a tickle in her throat bless her.

Firstly an old woman who’s basically mutton dressed as lamb I was informed her name is Jane was massively inappropriate around my teenage son he’s 15 making him feel extremely uncomfortable. Secondly an older woman with glasses and short blonde hair who was hassled with work walk straight past me as I asked her a question. I was the finally served by the worlds rudest till girl “Molly” I won’t be coming again.

It is a great place for bargains, but it has been the 2nd time brawls has broken out. Nothing to do with the shop, but it is quite off putting. In defence the staff intervined quickly and very professionally. It is a nice big shop with great selections.
