Honest, friendly, helpful.I first visited J&K Rackley about a month ago through a recommendation from a friend. I was concerned that my suspension had gone. They came out straight away, had a quick look and said there was absolutely nothing wrong but would pop it up on a ramp if required. Could have quite easily said they couldn’t tell without getting it up on the ramp and taken some money but didn’t.Because of this, I booked my £50 MOT in with them. I booked on Saturday for today (Monday) and have absolutely no advisorys and passed with flying colours. Again, they could quite easily have slipped a few advisory’s on there to encourage a bit of work. They were also dealing with something that had affected their premises and work day but were still extremely friendly.We have just moved here and we’re nervous about finding a garage that we could trust as I’ve had some pretty rubbish untrustworthy ones that are out for money. We won’t look anywhere else while we live here would 100% recommend.

Only gave 1 star because you can't give 0. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!If you have a big job to do on your car DO NOT GO HERE. They scam you and drive your car around. Rude staff, will keep your car for months without doing any work on it. When they gave us our car back after spending thousands the job was not done. They will try to get as much money out of you can they can. In my option this place should be investigated. They do not communicate with you only when they want money. In 3 months of having our car they did not call us once.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Used them quite a few times but won't anymore. I like to try and support local businesses and understand they'll be slightly more expensive than the big stores across most trades but to charge £460 for a Mini full service is extortionate. My Mazda CX5 is costing me £305 at Halfords. Bigger car and much cheaper.. Guess where I'll be going from now on.Disappointing. Greedy. Really feel ripped off.

What a friendly and well run garage. I was booked in quickly and the issue with my car was diagnosed and fixed within a couple of hours. It was a minor repair and carried out at a really reasonable price. Really recommend them

So great to have a garage that I trust nearby. Always very open with communication and have things turned around really quickly. Have had my MOT here for the last 4 years after seeing Halfords try to take advantage. Have had big and small jobs done and they've always quoted reasonably (from tire replacements, brake pads/drums, steering gaitors, engine parts etc). They also found the fault that Halfords couldn't with my Tire Valve Core and replaced it for free. Great service and I wouldn't try to go anywhere else.

Van broke down & AA said it was the clutch, showing all signs it was. It was actually a broken pipe going into the clutch. Could of quite easily replaced the whole unit, but were very honest & fixed the minor fault. Highly recommended, kept me updated at all times as had issues with vauxhall sourcing part. Top service!

These guys have been fixing my car for over 10 years. They're polite, honest and they know what they're doing. They don't make stuff up, which I've had from other garages. And their rates are really reasonable.I have no idea why anybody would give them a one-star rating. But obviously they didn't want to put their name to it so maybe a disgruntled competitor or something.You're in safe hands with these guys, even if, like me, you don't know much about cars. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ever. Thanks for looking after me guys.
