pro: cleanlinesscons: many1. staff were poorly trained. difficult to communicate with staff when you are from overseas. Take ages to reply email and ammend the billing.2. the guard were poorly trained and not professional.- i am a postgraduate student staying here with my husband. My husband is often mistaken as trespassser in an offending way. The guard were not happy even though we showed him 2 set of access key we got from the management. He questioned us in a way as if we stole it from someone.- we were CHASED out of the courtyard which were meant for the resident while we were walking around the buidling. We accidentally walked to the bike storage area and was immediately accused by the guard that we tried to steal the bike even we were meters away from the storage door.3. the furniture are dirty and full of traces of painting on the wall.

Room got flooded and had building works outside my room for the whole year waking me up at 8am

As a UAL student it is fine because you are with other people (even though its silent and a bit anti-social). BUT the actual accommodation is not as advertised. Its dirty and clearly used when you get welcomed to your room. Staff are lovely but it takes half of your renting time here to get your shower fixed or a complaint sorted. Plus the price is always going up every year for rent.

Nice building and clean with lovely staff. But don’t expect your maintenance complaints to be fixed anytime soon.

Just let me leave the fact I could not say few years ago when I was in the accommodation.It was summer holiday and nearly moved out, I stayed here until end of my contract.I needed to receive one package at the reception which was red cloths priced about 200pounds.When I check my tracking number, it was successfully received and signed but the ladies at the reception said they haven’t received.When I see behind the reception lady, I saw something very similar to my cloth I bought. It was very unique printed red sweater joined gloves, so I asked let me see the cloth coz it is exactly what I bought.But she didn’t let me show even it is just 4meters far from the reception table and even I can see it!I keep asked about 3mins but she really didn’t carry to let me check it to the table of reception, and she is so strangely mad.Just be careful to order expensive thing.

Make sure you inspect your room SUPER THOROUGHLY at move in!!! They made me pay for “tape mark” damages caused by another student just because I did not indicate it on the initial form. Make sure to note down EVERYTHING. Other than this the building was good except for laundry.

Outstanding accommodationThe rooms are excellent, and in a fantastic area of London. It's in walking distance of Stockwell, Clapham and Brixton, each of which feels unique and is good fun to explore. It is brilliant that it is served by 2 tube lines & plenty of buses so you can get anywhere in the capital in under an hour, or across the country from the many National Rail stations. Most importantly the staff are delightful & cannot do enough to help you with every want or whim.

It’s a really great place to live in! The staff here are really welcoming and friendly. They are also super helpful during the lockdown.

Won't you love home away from home? Premium accommodation a few stops from central London. If you have the money and the distance works for you, don't think twice!

Arrived today with my son it was absolutely disgusting filthy dirty has not been cleaned in the slightest.Was heartbroken to leave him there.Its just not acceptable. Please be aware of photo's as its false advertising.
