I ordered two perspex stands which arrived promptly and well-packaged. Unfortunately one was scratched, but a replacement was dispatched the same day, arriving the following day as I needed it urgently. The stands are good quality and exactly what I needed.Would definitely use Retail Acrylics again

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with this company. Initially responded quickly to my emails for a custom order and rushed any order through for me. The items arrived and only 1 out of 3 was any good. The other two were smaller boxes than advertised (which I asked for) and they used the same hinges and accessories as they do for the large one - making it totally out of proportion and it looked ridiculous - making it unusable. The second item, again, the lid depth took up over 1/3 of the size of the box and swamped the box. Finally, there were black marks and glue overspill on the items. They looked “knocked together” with no care. I was happy to exchange or accept a refund and send the items back. The owner (I assume) replied to 1 email and has since not replied to any emails since 12th August. There would have been on-going business there for the company, but it seems they aren’t bothered in maintaining a working relationship once they have taken your money. Highly disappointed.

I ordered a clear case and base. The product is exactly what I wanted and the customer service in getting the order despatched was excellent. Very kind and helpful staff.

Contacted Retail Acrylics to see if they could mould a model bus chassis base for me. They were very quick to respond to my email. I give the details and they were quick to turn this around for my nephew with the best of quality products. I was very pleased with the time scale and cost of getting this bespoke chassis produced. So thanks for a fantastic job. Michael

A big thank-you to Chris (Customer facing) & all of the Production Team, who all went out of their way to ensure I got my lockable display box within a reduced next day delivery window, so that I could display my jewellery securely at a local antiques fair, which I decided to attend only a few days before. Bought a 50cm cube to display my prized Lego Death Star. The order arrived in under a week using standard delivery and was so well packaged. I had been concerned about it arriving cracked as couriers aren’t always the most careful with boxes but the packaging was amazing. It had bubble wrap then a box. Then an air gap filled with packing chips and then a final thicker external box.I love it and I’ve already been asked where I got it from.

Re: Bespoke Black Wide Acrylic Nesting Bridge set of 3 nesting.Checking on Google I came across Retail Acrylics I telelphoned Retail Acrylics Spoke to David. Explaind I need the the Wide Acrylic nesting in black. He replied via email they would make the set in black.Ordered on 11th February 2019. I received my parcel on 15th February 2019. Wow.A very big thank you Retail Acrylics and your team for the bespoke product made to order. I was so pleased when it arrived I have placed a 2nd order for the same item.
