Very poor service! Went in today to have a replacement battery fitted in my watch, was told the manager was on her lunch break, left the watch with them, returned 1.5 hrs later, the lady was still at lunch apparently, and none of the other three members of staff could replace a battery. Seems odd that staff cannot perform this simple activity. I took the watch home and will replace it myself.

What a perfect shop, and with such a personable service. I've purchased a few special items from Alistair Blacks, including our wedding rings. The communication from start to finish was impeccable. Really made you feel important and not just another customer. I returned to get my bridesmaid and mother of the bride gifts, they had such a wide range of options which was so lovely. Holly was even able to order some extra bracelets in for me which was going over and beyond! Will definitely return and will be my go to jewellery shop from now on.A special thank you Holly and the team. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you.

Such a beautiful and well stocked shop with really friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff.I was served by Holly yesterday, I was returning a gift from my partner for store credit and mentioned I'd seen something in the window I liked but wished it wasn't yellow gold otherwise I'd of bought that. Holly told me they could actually get one made and within a few minutes she was able to get me a price quoted and a rough time on how long it would take.I couldn't believe how efficient and reasonably priced it was for this service so I'm over the moon and can't wait to shop more with Alistair black in the future.

Used Alistair Blacks to have my wedding rings re dipped in rhodium and the service was great and very quick. They look brand new again and the price can’t be beaten. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to this perfect shop by a friend and work colleague. The staff were amazing, they offered to clean a silver necklace on the spot without charge and I am so happy!
