Popped in for a quick bite after the cinema. The service was quick and the food was nice. It is great that you can pay online at your table so you don't have find a waiter/waitress.

D4D49You 'chefs' should be ashamed and embarrassed about the 'food' you're sending out. Pay a little more attention to your spec and recipes. The manager in charge should be even more ashamed, letting food like that leave the door!The chicken burger was literally stone cold, like, just removed from a fridge kinda cold.. paid extra for cheese, wasn't on there! Both BBQ sauce and mayo on the top and bottom of the burger bun, why? The fries were hot and they're usually the first thing to go cold, so how did the chicken burger lose so much heat? Doesn't make sense, unless you didn't cook the burger in the first place and didn't serve the cheese because cheese doesn't melt on a COLD burger.Spicy pasta was rubbish compared to the Denton Frankies. Burnt meatballs, not enough pepperoni, no garnish. Didn't seem like the same chain at all, two completely different restaurants, doing the same thing, only Denton outshines you in everyway.

The place was really understaffed we were greeted by Janka on the way in and she showed us to the table took our drinks order, served our drinks took our food order, served our food, cleared our plates she did everything and seemed so over stretched but kept such a calm professional manner and was lovely. The food took a while to come but was nice and we were given some money off due to that. Thank you Janka your a credit to your Job !

The food was really tasty and fresh I would recommend the mozzarella sticks for a starter as they are the nicest I've ever tried, pizza is great and juicy. Also the staff are very friendly and engage in conversation. It was calm and relaxed with no discomfort and I was able to enjoy a great meal with my family not the cheapest of places but you will have a great time. I noticed also that the staff were very helpful when it came to assisting a disabled person that was with another family there.

Went to Frankie and Benny's, Ashton tonight. Had a lovely meal. Dawn who served us was lovely. She was friendly and attentive and helpful. We had a lovely time

I’ll be honest we came here as the Nando’s queue was huge and there were plenty of tables.We were very pleasantly surprised with how good the service was and the quality of the food.The vegan selection was so good and we had the vegan pepperoni bake and the bbq wingz. The star of the show was the tear and share garlic bread.Not bad price and lovely cocktails

Do not go to this Frankie and Benny's.Food was really niceManager was absolutely awful, rude and aggressive towards us when we asked to move table to a more convenient table when the whole restaurant was empty- we didn't want to sit literally touching the toilet door when it was completely empty. I had pre booked a table so there was no excuse. She allegedly said that there were people coming and that she would not have a space to put them. We were there for over 2 hours and when we left there were still dozens of empty tables. Such a shame for a rude, horrible person to ruin our experience.See photos for evidence. Shame.She (manager) also continued to talk rudely about us to other members of staff which made us feel very unwelcome and awkward.This behaviour is unprofessional, especially from a manager.

It's nice for a chain company but the food felt a little under whelming. I think it's gone down in quality and flavour but still enjoyable.

Even though I mentioned that it was my sons birthday several times no mention, little disappointed.Serves was good, food tastie, portions small.
