Great service and great product from STC! Rutland & Stamford Sound is the new local community radio station for the area, and we wanted a dedicated phone number that was portable and memorable for on and off air, which was exactly what we got! Thank you Mike & Chris for working with us

During an initial meeting with Stamford Telephone Company a call was made to our existing provider so that the porting of our main business number could be discussed. We found out that our existing supplier had cancelled our main number without informing us.Due to this poor service we decided to engage the Stamford Telephone Company straight away. Within a couple of hours they were able to provide a brand new telephone system for my business; including a new main number, company voicemail, direct dial numbers and personal voicemail boxes. We couldn’t have asked for better levels of customer care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We have been working with STC since 2019 when they provided an Horizon based VOIP system. They have consistently provided an excellent level of personal service and have always reacted quickly to any requests. In June 22, after a request to reconfigure the system due to our changing requirements, they recommended moving to Cisco WEBEX which was all done without any fuss or downtime. Everything has been super reliable and easy to use day to day and seamlessly accommodates a mix of office, home and mobile working. Costs are very reasonable and transparent, making for excellent value. We would thoroughly recommend that you talk to STC.

Moving to a new serviced office was the opportunity we were looking for to change our telecommunications provider. We asked Stamford Telephone to supply a new telephone service and to provide Max Accountants with an in office WiFi solution. We never lost a call during our move, a big benefit of the VoIP service we bought. Stamford Telephone took great care in ensuring our inbound calls were routed just how we needed them to be. Having a new staff member due to join our company I liaised with Chris at Stamford Telephone Company to arrange a new telephone line. As I am not very tech savvy Chris helpfully talked me through the process of locating our main box and working out why the telephone line we were plugging the phone into would not work. Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in setting this up before our new staff member arrived. Excellent communication and a brilliant service, would highly recommend.
