LADIES; watch out! Manager (Ray?) is a true misogynist. Changed the wrong tyre (despite clear request for offside rear). Manager did not apologise, then proceeded to use a patronising tone. When I asked him not to speak to me in this manner, in true toxic masculine form - he denied, gaslighted and continued this behaviour - offering a freebee - because right; men like this buy their way out of offensive behaviour.The mechanics (watching) apologised on his behalf...! They at least, were polite and courteous.Needless to say - he did not speak to any male customers in the waiting room, in the same way.Still, a bad enough experience to avoid.

The branch very was short staffed and the gentleman on the front desk had been there from 06:00. In spite of this he was cheery, helpful and managed to get our car done is good time despite a back log.

Ray at KwikFit Hove is always so kind and helpful, and I always feel like the team have done a really thorough job and are willing to take the time to explain everything. This time they did a full service an MOT, found a fault in the exhaust and repaired it swiftly with a very transparent quotation.

All the staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. Ray and another colleague who I didn’t get their name unfortunately were very helpful. In particular, the second employee explained to me bits about my BMW that I didn’t know and helped me make an informed decision on which tyres to go for.

I went into the Hove branch today, seeing if they could fit me in. I could see they were really busy. I was met by a really pleasant lad Phil he was so helpful and knew his stuff.Since buying the van I’ve had no air con or lack of cold air.He and the manger Reece who was also great.fitted me in and re gas my system, I was there for tops 1 hr Phil explained the process.Learning that there wasn’t any gas in the system due to a pipe being changed previously by a different garage and Phil noticed clearly a keen eye.You’ve got a customer for life lads

Fortunately we can find time slot from this shop to replace my flat tyre urgently in this morning. They take only 20 minutes to complete the job and at a reasonable price. Would recommend someone to use their services if needed.

Clear explanation of costs. Also, the Hove branch communicated extremely well. Very human. Very flexible, within the obvious limits. Not a money-grabbing business. Did the job. Did it well. Was clear about what happened and what to look out for ahead. Top marks from a repeat customer.
