Liars from management to planning department. They will give you false information on warranties.Be aware they only deal with tradesmen !!! But are happy to take anyone's money and put the invoice in the tradesmen name and any returns he makes will go back in his trade account. This also invalidates any guarantee for their products as you are not their customer. Shocking customer service. They have a stand in the store with tradesmen cards. Be careful who you choose.

Liars! Smarmy lying, cheating sales people.Complete let down, trade price is higher than retail and their ‘honest I’m only making a few quid’ rubbish ... more lies.Refelects very badly on the tradesman when the job can’t be completed due to Brenchmarx liars.Should be zero stars but that isn’t possible on this review format.Fellow trades: if you want a fair price, good service and a happy client : AVOID BENCHMARX!

Management only interested in profit they allow a breach of health and safety expecting the driver and or customer to offload the van customers always complain that delivery is a two man job which the HSE confirmed to me ,the warehouse manager is lazy and a clever skiver spending more time in his car and hiding away than work which he gets the driver to do for him ,very rude workforce who slag customers and competition of behind their backs bonus greedy management don't go there they will deliver damaged stock knowingly telling driver to hide it.Driver pushed to his limits.

Mike and the team at the Plymouth branch are just amazing, had quotes fromm all major suppliers, whilst not the cheapest they have continually gone the extra mile to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else in future.

My go to kitchen and joinery suppliers.I have been using the Plymouth branch of Benchmarx for a year now and have had several kitchens supplied by them, all delivered quickly and complete, without issue and at excellent prices.As a builder, customer service is as important as quality and Mike and his team are by far the best in the city, nothing is too much trouble for them.If you're looking for a kitchen, flooring, internal doors or finishing joinery products, make Benchmarx your first stop.
