Paint with Ray
My partner and I came from Cannock to Paint with Ray and it was well worth the journey. I had never painted before, but Ray explained everything clearly and we have both come away with an amazing painting. Not only has he given me the confidence in the techniques to follow Bob Ross during his show, but I also would return to paint with Ray simply for the experience.

It was a marvellous experience! Ray is such an amazing teacher. It was my first time with oil paints but it didn’t feel like it at all. Chatting with with ray and learning from his experience made it so easy.The painting turned out exceptionally well, a bit of a reflecting who I am. It felt like an amazing journey of self discovery.I loved how he gives one freedom to let it flow all the while keeping an eye on your technique.I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fun activity on a day off, you will definitely end up surprising yourself.Oh and his hospitality is 5 star!

A most enjoyable day, completed my first oil painting, thanks to Rays friendly, patient teaching. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to try out oils. Painted in stages, following Ray's demonstration

Paint with Ray
In July I spent a day with Ray and another couple learning how to paint a mountain view . The whole day was a wonderful experience and I really enjoyed it. First time I had used oil paints and I learnt a lot. My picture he framed and I now have on my lounge wall. The day was very relaxed and enjoyable. Ray was an excellent teacher. I would recommend his classes and I look forward to my next painting experience day with him

Honestly we had the absolute best time.I have no natural drawing ability at all, but Ray's instruction was so good and so clear, he made it possible for even a novice like me to walk away with something beautiful.Cannot recommend Ray enough - if you are considering it, just go, you won't regret it!

Just came back from a day of painting with Ray, and completed a pretty good snow scene as my first oil painting. Ray is a talented and encouraging teacher who teaches Bob Ross' techniques. I think I'm hooked!Ray prepares everything and is so very generous with his time and materials. I highly recommend trying his classes in person. Very therapeutic for the soul and mind!

Ray is such a cool guy. With his Bob Ross inspired talents, he will teach you how to create a masterpiece even if you've never held a brush before (evidence below). Friendly and makes you feel comfortable enough to freestyle and make the painting your own.

Husband and I had a great day painting with Ray. Hubby, completely inexperienced, produced a painting you’d be happy to hang on your wall. Rays experience, patience and pleasant manner meant even a complete novice could produce a great piece of work. Would highly recommend

I spent an amazing day with Ray painting, he was generous with his time and supplies and very patient. He was open to questions and sharing his techniques. I had a brilliant day painting, very therapeutic and informal. I highly recommend this class especially for anyone new to painting and the great part is you complete an entire piece in a day to take home!
