Disappointing barbers, a couple of things they only have one person on most of the time when there's three stations..well that's no good when there's 2-4 people waiting, many a time i've gone in and i'm waiting well over an hour you'd think there doing surgery instead of hair. They go on their phone in the middle of cutting hair texting people and they are very very slow in general.

This is the first negative review I have ever bothered to give for a hairdressers. The cut it self I would give a 1 star, increased to 2 because the customer service was good and the shop itself is nice. However, the cut itself is bad. Didnt even cut my hair how I asked him and cut my fringe into a awful shape, also way too short. Dont recommend for medium to difficult haircuts. Fine, for standard easy cuts.

First review I’ve bothered to leave for a business. When we arrived there was only one barber present, he was smoking outside while there were people inside waiting for their haircut. When it came to my turn I described what I wanted done, however the end product was completely different. I got the impression that he wanted to cut my hair the way he wanted to and not the way I wanted it. Now left with it too short and the fading was ridiculous high, just rubbish. Do not recommend. Definitely more worthwhile going to Kendal.

No idea if they have half a clue how to cut…BUT, to put a “closed sign” on the door at 1710 when your stated hours go until 1800… seriously, another Kirby Lonsdale…”we don’t care about customers!” Obviously didn’t struggle with the lockdowns & don’t give a s#*t about looking after customers or making money! AVOID - attitude issues!

Had my haircut here today first time since lockdown. My hair has been annoying me so it was great to finally get it trimmed.The haircut and the attention to detail of the hairdresser was very good and they are trying to be safety conscious in these challenging times.All in all very pleased keep up the good work guys.
