Called then in to look at leak around main chimney. Estimate given and accepted. Darren said very busy but asked if he could ring up on a day that time allowed , which was not a problem to me.The job was completed and as per estimate. Some pointing just above lead flashing was racked out and repointed. Then two coats of waterproofer applied around whole of chimney stack. Many thanks

Storm Eunice removed some roof tiles and moved another one. Darren came out on the next day to give us a quote when the wind was still pretty lively. A couple of other roofers did not return my call. Despite it being a small job, and a disproportionately complicated one (needed scaffolding because of the height of that part of the roof), he gave us a clear and reasonable quote and got the job done today, just a tad over a week later. Scaffold up, work done, work delivered cheaper than the quote - we will be back, Darren! Thank you for looking after us !
