Outstanding service. Asked multiple stove installers and ended up going with Rob as he is very friendly, honest and experienced. Great recommendations on stoves and couldn't be happier with the result! Highly recommended.

From obtaining a quote to final fitting, nothing was too much trouble, all works were explained. Apart from the new stove you would not know that Rob and Ryan had been on site. Everything was left clean and tidy, ready for decoration. Little things like painting fixings made a brilliant job into an excellent job. Advice was given on how to get the best out of the wood burner. I would highly recommend this, friendly, professional team.

We had our wood burner installed by Rob three years ago but never put on record our appreciation for his efforts during the provision and installation process. When we contacted Rob initially we had no idea what sort of stove would be most suitable and more importantly, if one could actually be installed at all as our house has no fireplace, chimney or suitable outside walls for the flue. Rob considered this a minor problem and was able to install an internal flue from the ground floor, through a bedroom (which he boxed in), the loft and out through the roof. The job took two days but disruption was kept to a minimum. As an added bonus, whilst installing the cap on the flue he took the opportunity to replace some dodgy ridge tiles on the roof. The wood burner has proved to be very efficient and heats our large open plan lounge extremely well.A job well done, we’d have no hesitation recommending Rob and his team.

Rob and Ben installed our Woodburner in our new extension and we are really pleased with the communication and service Rob provides. Whilst on the roof Rob noticed some flashing that needed fixing, which was good to know so we can get someone out to repair it before winter. Many thanks guys, a job well done.

We recently had a stove installed by this firm. I would highly recommend them because everything went so smoothly and the finished job was excellent. Rob gave us very good advice throughout and he does a professional job, the quality of work is very high, everything looks neat and properly finished. I thought the whole process would be highly disruptive but it wasn't.

Really, really pleased with the excellent job Rob has done of installing my new woodburner, his advice on which burner to buy was spot on and the workmanship and communication were excellent.I wasn’t sure that it would be possible to install a burner with no existing chimney but the work was completed in under a day while I was out at work and I came home to a perfectly tidy house with a fire waiting to go. I have a rental property near Norwich, and required short-notice assistance with an old woodburner installation that had failed. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Rob was able to attend the property within a week to assess the job, provide advice and guidance, sort out a quote, recommend and collect a replacement woodburner, and schedule in the work along with a chimney sweep.
