Complete solution for a stairlift

This is a review on behalf of my mother. After contacting dolphin stairlifts this morning, she was told somebody would contact her later In relation to fitting new stairlift batteries and sure enough she was. A technician was arranged that afternoon. Batteries now replaced plus a few adjustments to the stairlift at no extra charge. My mother insisted that I leave this review to express her gratitude on how pleased she was with the service and how nice the company is to deal with. Thanks, would definitely reccomend.

We experienced our first slight issue with the chair (broken switch), which was promptly (within 30 minutes) attended to, repaired and replaced. The engineer wore full PPE of mask, gloves and shoe covers. He minimised his contact with surfaces and wiped every area with antibacterial cloths as he was leaving. Cannot recommend Dolphin Newport's staff highly enough.

Brilliant service on installation (within a week of us ordering it) and today (Saturday) turned up within 20 Minutes of callout to fix fault for my elderly Mum. Could not ask for more.

Excellent service, came out same day on several occasions to assist. So helpful. All staff pleasant. Would highly recommend.
