J was fantastic!!! Came out to me in chepstow when he said he would and in less than an hour, he had found the fault and fixed it. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Took the time to explain the fault and what caused it. Price was more than fair!!I would, and have already recommended him to others

J was amazing. Quick service. And overall just a really nice, friendly guy. My 18 month old was intently copying him. Where others would have probably got annoyed, he interacted with him, made us both laugh and made the whole experience really pleasant. He’s been doing it for over 20 years and it shows. Super quick, explained it clearly. Can’t recommend him enough!

No question - James knows his business inside out, and he provides a highly professional and efficient service. He is also great fun to deal with. After having major issues with my car’s electrics I contacted James and he arranged a day he would come to me. Today was that day. James was great and sorted the problem in no time. He provided a brilliant service at a great price. I will definitely be recommending him and using him again if I even need work carried out. He is also a nice guy too.

Turned up exactly as he said he would, pin pointed problem quickly, kept me informed throughout, fixed car at a cost lower than expected, cheerful, professional and friendly - what's not to like!!??

I genuinely cannot recommend J's auto electrical enough! The entire service start to finish was excellent. I had a Vivaro van with warning lights on due to an ECU programming fault that even the dealership couldn't fix. J's service was very professional and it's clear his knowledge and experience is extensive. If I have any vehicle electrical issues in future I'm going straight to James without hesitation. To top it off the price was very reasonable too

James is fantastic at what he does. We went with what Audi Bristol told us was an electrical fault, and it turns out that wasn’t the problem at all! He fixed it for us regardless, something that Audi Bristol struggled to do having paid a large amount of cash to get them to ‘fix’ it the first time. Pricing is fair and excellent communication. If we ever have problems in future we will definitely be back - we need more of James in the world!

Fantastic work on my van, James is a very genuine guy, and super easy to work with. Did what he said needed doing, in the time he said it would take, and came in under what he estimated. I'll be back for further works I'm planning in future.

My car was not starting and after the AA guy came around confirmed it was not a battery problem but potentially an electric problem. Searched online for a mobile auto electrician to come round as my car is parked at my house and found James online. He had the best reviews in my area based on 3 other companies I looked up, so gave him a call. James came today and advised it was not an electric problem at all but 2 fuel coil that were broken! He managed to even order some decent priced replacement coils and fixed my car there and then, which took about just over an hour in total, from diagnostic, ordering new parts and testing. I was dreading the cost but James was very helpful and tried to get me decently priced parts and even didn't charge me for labour. Just paid for the call out (£75) and the 2 new replacement coils!! I wasn't expecting to have my car back on the road today and now I am a very happy customer!! Thank you James for your help and your guidance/tips, very much appreciated. I cannot fault his services and I highly recommend him! I will keep the card for sure in case I need his services again in future.

April 2022. I contacted several auto electricians in the Bristol area regarding an intermittent electrical fault on my granddaughters Fiat 500. When I spoke to James, he came across as professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Because of this I decided to use his services, even though it meant a 40+ mile round trip to his property. The fault was intermittent but, thankfully, it was present when I dropped off the car. He did an initial assessment before contacting me to explain the possible faults that could cause the problem, and the possible costs involved to check further and fix the issue. This communication was appreciated prior to potentially running up a high repair bill. The next communication was very good news as he had isolated the problem and corrected it, the work carried out was at a much lower price than was expected, so the trust I put in him was well founded. He took the trouble to suggest leaving the car with him for a few days so he could check daily that the car was 100% okay. He also carried out a last minute additional check on the 12v outlet that seemed not to be working, turned out nothing too serious and he did it at no extra cost. Extremely competent, helpful, friendly and very reasonably priced auto electrician. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend his services.
