Been seeing Arleen now for a few months. I honestly cannot thank her enough for immediately discovering a problem with my spine which quickly led to an X-ray, MRI and diagnosis. She’s been an incredible support, offering not only adjustments but informed advice and a friendly welcome each appointment. You genuinely feel she cares about your whole health.Big shout out to Clare the receptionist too, who is so warm, efficient and fun, you can’t help but be cheered by her lovely smile.

I have been receiving Chiropractic care from Arleen for just over 5 weeks and the results have already been amazing. I had been suffering with twice weekly migraine for just over a year and tried many different approaches with no success. I booked in to see Arleen after having recurring back pain and not getting the right support from a GP. I’ve now had a number of sessions with Arleen and straight away I could feel an improvement. The knowledge Arleen shares is very insightful and clearly explains what she is doing and why it needs to be done, along with how to prevent issues happening again. An initial consultation is great to understand if any adjustments are required before it becomes an issue. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly, welcoming, well organized practice. Arleen takes a holistic approach to health, advising on diet & exercises. My back pain has improved since I started having adjustments. Knocked off a star as it's expensive & would be beyond many people's reach.

I've been attending Chiro 1st for a few years. When I went initially, I had chronic neck pain due to whiplash when I was much younger, and poor posture. My posture is now much better and I'm much more flexible and have much less neck tension than before. Arlene is very approachable and treats our symptoms holistically, and her expertise in dealing with the root causes of spinal misalignment and injury have really benefitted me.
