Very convenient basic hotel in the middle of Bristol. Offers good value for money. It feels a little like student accommodation with a pod bathroom and few soft furnishings, but I simply needed somewhere to stay for work. Bathrooms are pod style but plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Rooms could be a little cleaner but not bad. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t really eat at the hotel we went out for breakfast and dinner, but the bar had offers on drinks for multi buys. Would recommend if you’re after a good nights sleep and don’t need the luxury.

This is the standard patten ibis. (I've stayed at a few) The Hotel is 5 minutes walk away from the train station in a newly developed area. The rooms was tidy but the TV didn't work (wrong controller). The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotels breakfast was the best one I've had at a ibis. Overall 8.5 out of 10.

Our stay at the ibis was fantastic, situated a short walk across the bridge from the station, a short hop the the marble factory and around10/15 minute walk to town. My room was fantastic, breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The bar stafff were absolutely fantastic in fact all staff were wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Convenient location as I was travelling for work, hence why I chose this! As far as the hotel goes, very average services/quality. The room was okay, nothing special, defo reflective of the price you pay. I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast but hey, reflective of the pride I guess. Overall an okay staff - as mentioned to staff when asked as I checked out.

Very average. Rooms were basic but bed was comfy. Plastic self-contained shower/bathroom was like being in a caravan. No plugs by the bed which was annoying. Room was very warm.

I often stay at this hotel and my stay is usually pleasant and hassle free. Friendly staff and good location. However, there were not many plug sockets in my room, which was a family room, and it was a little too big for just one person. I booked a double.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to Temple Meads station. It is also within easy walking distance of the city centre and the main sights of the city. The hotel rooms are bright and warm, the shower is excellent and the breakfast very good. The staff members we met were all cheerful and helpful.

Walking in the lobby is your basic Ibis lobby but the rooms and the bathroom are more like early 2000 dorm room/student digs. No smart TVs in the room(the list of room amenities does state the rooms do come with smart TVs) can't even plug anything into the TVs as they built the TVs into a silly box. Bed was only a topper no real mattress. Wasn't the best but was alright.

Stayed one night with my daughter who was attending a rave nearby. The staff were such an asset to Ibis, very friendly and chilled, a great start to the stay. Checked in 10 mins early, was able to use points accrued to reduce the costs, free welcome drink. Room was clean and quiet, a little hot but I hate being cold so not a problem. I felt safe being in the hotel whilst my daughter was out for the evening. Point for improvement would be just to supply an additional waste paper bin for rubbish. Otherwise really happy and will be returning.
