The Bridge Hotel and Spa Walshford

Beautiful countryhouse style hotel. Clean & comfortable, good sized rooms. They offer a variety of spa treatments, although we were on a business trip with a single night stop over so did have time to take advantage of this.However will be back soon for a possible weekend break.

Came here for the first time for a present my sister got. She got the Pizza, pamper and Prosecco package. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be shown around however we were very disappointed to say the least. 2 very small hot tubs which you could only use if it was not raining as there are outside and there’s no cover. They were dirty, full of leaves and there was no were to hang robes, towels etc. On the website it says towels, robes and flip flops are provided when we got there we were told we had to pay £5 each for a robe. No swimming pool, no massages, no salts to use for a foot spa which was just a bowl of hot water. You had to eat in the reception where everyone walked through. The changing rooms were far too small only enough space for 5 people to fit comfortably. When we come for a pamper we expect some sort of massage but the word pamper may as well not be in the package deal. We got no confirmation email and when we rang to confirm time etc know one answered. Only 1 person working in the whole spa apart from when food is brought out. Will not be returning and definitely no not recommend to anyone .

Upon arrival at the hotel the building, reception area and restaurant were very impressive. This didn't continue to our bedroom. Also all the staff that I spoke with were very friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel.Unfortunately there were a few issues with the room, an uncomfortable bed, curtains that didn't fully close and broken and loose fittings. Also the evening meal was very disappointing and overpriced. Most of the food we were served was either luke warm or overcooked and not the quality we were expecting. Breakfast was ok but we didn't try the hot food after our disastrous experience with our evening meal.The excellent, professional and friendly staff I had the pleasure of dealing with were the reason I gave it a 3 star otherwise it would've probably been less. 5* for the staff, 2* for the hotel

Skyline View Hotel & Spa lived up to its name, offering stunning panoramic views of the city. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the pool area was a luxurious oasis. Our room was spacious and elegantly furnished, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. It was a truly indulgent experience.

Fantastic hotel clean comfortable rooms and hotel is lovely & clean the beds are so comfortable. All the staff are lovely and helpful. The only problem was not enough staff on the bars waiting times to get a drink was sometimes 20 mins or so and prices were very expensive I was charged £9.20 for a glass of white wine. Apart from that a lovely hotel & stay.

Only 1 person on reception at the spa, waited almost 1 hour for lattes then was told machine had broken had to be brought over from hotel. When we got it it was cold.Pizza was nice but again slow service. The poor lady on reception did her best. She gave the lattes as complimentary due to theThe spa was reasonably clean.No information given to us as first time users we were not aware to request salts for the foot spa, of which there are only 2.It is not suitable for anyone with poor mobility as it's on 2 levels with no lift.The carvery was absolutely excellent. Service was good and staff friendly.

Just spent a lovely weekend here would definitely visit again. Very welcoming and comfortable. However, the only slightly negative would be the food. We found that the cooked breakfast was cold on both mornings. We tried the evening meal and again the carvery was only warm. Apart from that we would recommend the stay, ideal location

We were here for a girls spa weekend with my mum and sister. It was perfect. We loved it. Beautiful place, the rooms were very well appointed, food was delicious and the spa had lovely outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam room. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Special thanks to the Saturday morning breakfast staff and to the lovely lass and lad who helped to jump start my mum's car. ❤️
