Acting as executor in the sale of a property and being based outside the UK was never going to be easy, but the process was helped immeasurably by the efficiency of Hannah Shearsmith and her colleagues Jade Barrett and Lisa Brown. All queries and correspondence were handled in a timely manner by email, the only delays being engendered by the need to send hard copies of certified documentation from France by regular mail rather than electronically. I would not hesitate to recommend John Donkin Solicitors in the future.

Absolutely brilliant, Alexis was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful, loving, caring and I would definitely recommend this lovely lady to all my friends. Always very quick to get back to me and nothing was any trouble, she helped me so much sorting out my dear husband’s estate also with Probate and making another Will. Even though I live in Oxford, no problem at all. She is a credit to the company along with the lovely, kind and helpful staff, they knock spots off any solicitors I have ever dealt with. Fantastic.

Positive experience throughout. Sale was complicated due to difficulties within the chain but we were kept fully informed throughout. Everything was made so simple and straightforward for us at what was a stressful time due to other family issues at the time of the sale.
