Very happy with the EV charger installation that Mark installed at our home. He was the first to provide a quotation which was reasonably priced when compared to others. His communication was excellent and he arrived (and completed) the installation on time. Very happy with the result. Thank you!

Five Star from Story Electrical!Just had an EV charger installed this afternoon by Connor & Luke, faultless service from these chaps. I'd highly recommend using Storys in the future, work was carried out professionally, efficiently and to a great standard. EV charger supplied and installed was the Hypervolt 3.0 charger (pictures attached). Any mess whilst carrying out these works were cleaned up straight away.Thanks again guys!

Absolutely fabulous team. Extremely punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. They also clean up too. I had a lighting circuit that had tripped and tried for a week to find the problem but just couldn’t, asked for recommendations on a local Facebook page and Mark the boss replied saying he could get one of his lads round the following day at a time to suit my online meetings. Connor came round bang on time and got straight on it. He was professional, courteous and polite and it took him 2 hours to find the fault, check and double check he got it right and left the faulty item safe and then made it very easy for me to replace at the weekend. All in all excellent service and not a bad price!!

I found Mark Story to be customer focused, he was prepared to visit the location measure and cost it accurately he was knowledgeable and gave advice which was advantages to me.He gave me a time line for completion which was kept. He was not the cheapest to quote but he showed an interest and care for the work I requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark Story to anyone.

The team at Story Electrical was brilliant. Nothing was too big of a problem. They even came and did the work across 2 separate days to allow for other things to happen. They were very clean as they worked and were always polite. Communication was very quick if there was a problem.Would highly recommend Story Electrical. I have used them before and was very helpful then and did a good job then as well.

Mark and his team were fantastic, punctual and very professional when installing new sockets, fixtures, lighting, electric heater and fuse box for our new garage conversion and home improvements. Story Electrical installed a Zappi car charger and a battery system fed from our PV panels. Their team arrived on time, worked diligently and professionally, cleaned up as they went along and finished slightly ahead of schedule. Their wiring is extremely neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had an EV point fitted and can't fault the care and attention given throughout. Mark talked me through the options, giving me all the advice I needed. The work was done by one of his team Michael, who did a fantastic job despite arriving with a flat van tyre! Very professional and clean and tidy. Mark had to finish the job another day( no fault of his own) and got gave me all the info needed to get my EV point up and running.Great team..can't recommend enough. Would definitely recommend for any electrical works.
