NI railways put the railway system in England to shame. Wonderful service and very polite and helpful staff. Even during the recent storms which caused havoc, the staff were so apologetic over an 8 minute delay.

I took the 12.00 train from Ballymena to Belfast on Thursday 23/08/18. A blind lady was assisted on board by another passenger. After the train had departed, the conductor passed by and he stopped and asked the lady for her destination. He then told her that he would come back and assist her off the train with a wheelchair ramp when the train reached her destination. In this day and age I thought he was truly commendable.N. I. Trains are clean & punctual. At peak times they can be overcrowded as can be expected. I enjoy traveling with them.
