Important to note that when you buy insurance from Zurich you are actually going to have to go through a company called CSA Ltd if you need to make a claim. CSA Ltd are used by Zurich to try to delay and avoid payment for covered expenses without damaging their own brand (look at the comments on CSA Ltd on Google for comparison). For that reason it is essential never to take an insurance with Zurich or any other insurer using CSA Ltd!

Purchased this insurance via a broker, Crawford/One Indsurance, big mistake. Having this insurance is almost like having no insurance. I opened a fire damage claim almost 6 months ago and I still have had no progress. I have provided all the documents as requested, from reciepts to photos of the damage but yet still no progress. I hardly get any replies and always giving me fake promises. Why am I paying you?You have caused me a huge amount of stress and it took me hours that I will never get back to submit all those documents you say you need to process my claim.Avoid this company at all costs!!!Claim number: ZH1/566695

The worst. Customer service is painful. Claims process is drawn out and complicated through outsourced services. At times I was dealing with 4 levels of outsourcing companies to resolve individual issues. I’ve had to push at every stage to get problems resolved. I would never recommend Zurich insurance.

So many years of fraud abuse and discrimination as a result of a Zurich broker, who is is also a corrupt public officer, also a Zurich business partners)through SOLACE, is also the director of Solace, is also the statutory Monitoring Officer, is also the head of Law, id Also the Head of Law and Governance, is also the Head of Law, is also the Head of Democratic services, is also, unlawfully, the DPO, Also solicitor for Zurich, and subjected me to more than four years of money laundering exploitations and human trafficking, harassment, retaliation gross misconduct criminal and civil contempt. And despite being the insurance broker for the liable parties, is also the liable party guilty of unlawful data breaches - to include sharing my medical records with my domestic abuser, who is white and has mates in the MASH - hence the defamation and harassment and cover-up by the police - in collusion with the Fraud Officer - Gemma Young - - shared - by Enfield Council who has turned a blind eye, and other public bodies - all associated with SOLACE - Zurich.Every code of conduct and Nolan principles, breached to abuse me and my children, deny me monies due for legislative and regulatory infringements ,at no point did a single person recuse themselves - which is why my claim is 'with the insurers' three years on - yet criminals remain employed and their criminal partners reduce their liability by ensuring their partners (Met Police - NE BCU) erase all evidence of their own collusion - and the joint enterprise of the Domestic Abuse Act, . They have the resources to continue to abuse their powers - to include financial abuse, unlawful interceptions and denying me medical care in retaliation - despite chronic medical conditions. And all of these people and public bodies and public officers continue to disenfranchise me, and document their discrimination and attempted to criminalise me - whilst the virtue signalling financial institutions, to include Halifax who assisted my abuser in emptying the joint account and has continued to deny me even an overdraft (after telling me I'm not allowed access to my account without the presented of my abuser (2018)failed to report, recently shared my info with the police ,three years of unannounced visits, intimidation and lies, to my home. Thefts of my qualifications by all liable parties, and ongoing asset stripping by other liable parties and the compliance officer - Head of Law, Director of ELP, and so many other illegal conflicts of interest. - to include, HSBC, Halifax,Peabody, Enfield include the fraud officer - line managed by corrupt public officer abuser, employee business partner broker of several public bodies and partnership broker, I Islington, Hackney, Mossbourne - I still have no claim reference number. Can you imagine the reach that all of these corrupt public officer have across every area of my life , for more than fours years - just to reduce their liabilities - to mitigate the attempted murder that all of the liable parties have collectively participated in - to include Zurich. - who have colluded and connived - to embed this institutional discrimination - to include the help of PEPs - Iain Duncan Smith, Stella Creasy. John Carey.Basically, despite the collusion and fraudulent corruption and bribery of the LGSCO and PHSO as well as ICO. 100% non-compliance by every individual and institutions is not coincidental - when racist and abusive as well as a representatives of the GLA (Erbil Ergin), little wonder Mark Hynes is able to do the bidding of the INCELS, hence VAWGThree years, Zurich? you have no intention - you have no intention of compliance with the Insurance code and the banking principles - do you? Not with the level of criminality and unjust enrichment you have all benefitted from financial - to include abusing my children; be assured- I shall ensure it is exposed. Look how many column inches the police have for their data breach - but you breach mine with impunity , We think the problem with ONLY with the police?

Awful service and just fed up with their lives over the phone from October still I am waiting for my bedroom claim which is damp the report from Senior Technical Consultant is As we discussed earlier today, we have advised the damage to the bedroom seems to be being caused by a long-term continuous escape of water from several leaking overflow pipes on the front elevation. We have not advised the window is the cause of damage. so this is not healthy and very dangerous for my health I have to leave in this flat bran new mattress used only 6 months which is cost £1500 think about my health I start to have briefing problems

There are serious cultural problems with management encouraging dishonest practices and ridiculous management charges. Avoid buying their pensions at all cost, I was advised to buy one and it has lost 75 per cent of value.I had a Zurich Pension which was invested in 'safe' Gilt-edged securities and Fixed Interest Deposits on the advice of a 'pension adviser' . I paid £702.38 into this plan between 1985 and 1988. Then I joined a company with a company pension scheme, and informed the company I wouldn't be paying into this. I assumed they would freeze it and increase it by a nominal amount as this was the position taken by another private pension I had paid into. Zurich basically took huge charges out of it and reduced this hard saved money to nothing. They advised me to move the money (with charges of course!) to one of their 'chosen' list of funds with extortionate charges, which I did not do. This is daylight robbery, and illegal selling but the financial ombudsman agreed with Zurich. Later on, I investigated Zurich and found that thousands of people had bought 'Vista' policies internationally with huge charges which were obviously mis-sold. A Canadian investment advisor Andrew Hallam has written at length about this. The Financial Ombudman Service is incompetent.

Absolutely useless SCAM artists, they charged us for units we do not own and informed us we had to get this as our previous insurance had expired (which was a lie) and refuse to return our mis sold insurance payments.Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Rudest phone operators ever. Constantly talking over you and condescending.They purchased our numbers from 3rd party source to contact us and have multiple sub companies who don't communicate.Full of liars and money grabbers.

Zürich are the worst insurance company, completely unethical. Absolutely lacking in any customer care, they have zero morals and do not care if customers are dissatisfied or going through terrible experiences...they relish it and make the situation worse in pursuit of commercial gains. Their CEO, Board and Claims Handlers are disinterested and lack any care for the company’s reputation just their own bonuses. AVOID AT ALL COST!
