Very sympathetic and compassionate, recommend to anyone, took great care of our cat Sox when he passed away, we took him to them and he was placed in a little room with a basket and blankets so we could sit and say our goodbyes for as long as needed, ladies are very kind and accommodating when explained our situation. Also cremated our springer with them few months prior who was our first big pet we lost and wanted cremating and won’t use anyone else now

My rabbit passed unexpectedly, my vets were trying to charge an absolute fortune to get her cremated. I was told about green pastures through a receptionist at the vets and they were amazing from start to finish at a quarter of the cost.I took my girl straight in and had her back the same day. Both Cleo and Dawn were very understanding and patient with me as I was a weeping mess.When the worst happens I would 100% recommend this company.

Superb service looking after our baby Springer spaniel Dora who sadly passed away at the tender age of 2yrs 5months. We took her to Green pastures ourselves and spent some special moments with her in their lovely chapel of rest before saying our final goodbye, and then called to collect her the following day. Cleo and the team are just amazing thank you so much for taking care of our baby xxxx

We had to let our 5 year old cat, Callie, go after a diagnosis of aggressive cancer very suddenly.The vets contacted Green Pastures for us. They came and collected her very quickly, and within a week her ashes were returned to the vets for us to collect.Very helpful and understanding, and even left a little of the ashes in a separate box so that we can have something made to include some of Callie.Having 2 children, who have had little exposure to death, this was a perfect introduction to something that is sadly, in life, unavoidable.

We lost our beloved puss suddenly, rang green pastures who got us in the same day, it was such a lovely experience from start to finish and wouldn't have wanted to say goodbye any other way. Staff were so friendly and compassionate. Thank you!

We can’t thank Green Pastures enough for their compassion, understanding and truly excellent service while taking care of the cremation of our dwarf hamster Dumpling. It meant so much to us that they recognise the importance of any pet, no matter how small. Their kindness and care have made the sad experience of losing a pet that bit more easy and we are comforted knowing that he was in good hands. Thank you for treating our Dumpling with the same love that we always have and for being empathetic and supportive of us too.
