Awful customer service.Received only half my ordered. Have attempted multiple times to contact but with no response.Raised a formal dispute to which they instantly rejected stating no email received. Ignoring all the evidence supporting my issue of a partially fulfilled ordered and the evidence of the sent emails.Having to raise a consumer dispute now with the bank to get resolved.Cannot recommend this business, obviously zero no QC/QA done and terrible/non-existent customer service.

Good chooice of sweetsBad customers service and attuide.Brought a bag of pick and mix, but I changed my mind after putting two lil sweets in, not even 50g of sweets.Nicely said I changed my mind, only to get a rude remark from and old server saying why did I pick it up.This was uncomfortable and just uncalled for.

Picked up multiple items that were out of date, one being 6 months out of date. No signage or anything to say they are out of date. Definitely won't be returning

Wonderful selection of unusual, retro and just fabulous sweet treats. Some can be bought in HMV (but they are slightly dearer there) .. only marked down as you have to be careful of sell by dates so always check. I wanted something for a birthday gift next month, but the item I was looking for was sell by this month.
