Tape City

Ordered a fridge deodouriser on ebay, informed it was out of stock, agreed to wait until it was back in stock, that was mid February, it is now 22 July. On conact, claimed to have no knowledge of my purchase and now decline to respond/reply.

I ordered over the phone from this retailer on July 2nd some DV cassettes. I was promised 24-hour UK delivery and a tracking ID via email. I have received neither the goods nor the Tracking ID. I have been chasing them ever since via email and phone. No answer. No voicemail. I don't know if that are still in business. AVOID.

It is a shame that a retail business feels the need to use 0844 telephone numbers.They obviously want to sell the items they stock but want to charge possible customers just to enquire on an item.I absolutely refuse to dial 0844 numbers & the like. . . . .However, now I have the grumpy" moan out of the way (which I still stand by) - I got my brother to drive me over there because they are only a couple of miles away. Fortunately they did have what I wanted. The young man that served me was helpful

I ORDERED HEADPHONES FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ONES. AND BECAUSE I HAVEN'T GOT A PRINTER THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME A RETURN POSTAL SLIP AS I WOULD HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT AND THE ONLY WAY TO GET A SLIP WAS VIA EBAY

I placed an order for a tape cleaner on the 23rd of December 2019. I was immediately told that the item was out of stock, and was given the option of waiting for stock or a refund.I opted to wait for the stock to be replenished.I followed up on the 22nd of February 2020 with an email regarding the status of the order. No reply.I followed up again on the 30th of March 2020. No reply.I finally got a response from Tape City saying that the stock had been replenished on the 11th of June. I responded, and requested that they fulfil the order.It is now the 3rd of July 2020 and I still haven't received the item, or a response to my multiple emails chasing the status of the order.AVOID this company if you like good customer service and support. I appreciate that we are under stress in every aspect of our lives at the moment, but this is very poor.

Friendly staff was allowed to use the facilities whilst waiting to get loaded and kept well informed off when the load was ready

Scam seller. I ordered an item off them via Amazon. Item did not arrive. I waited 7 days after estimated delivery date and contacted them. They told me the item had been tracked and delivered. When I opened a case with Amazon customer services, the seller then asked me to wait longer for my item (the same one they claimed had been tracked and delivered!). They refused to refund my money and caused me alot of stress. AVOID these people like the plague!
