Heroes On Hand

I don’t usually give ‘five’ stars for work, as there’s usually something that could be improved on. However, in this case, it is FIVE stars. It is so rare to find a company that does what they say they’ll do, within the price and they time they said.Andrew, firstly provided an accurate quote for the work to be done, and photos (with overlays) of where the proposed boiler would go.Not only did they arrive when they said they would, the work and their attitude was faultless. A new Vailant combi boiler, into a new location, within the day, including a new sink tap AND leaving the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived, is worth the praise I heap on them.I’m glad they were recommended to me, and I certainly would recommend them to others.

This was my first time using Heroes on Hand, I found Andrew very professional and knowledgeable. I booked him to service my boiler but had a few other questions about my heating system he was easily able to answer. I have now booked his colleague to install a new radiator for me. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Charlie came to us late one Thursday Eve after our boiler had broken down in -4* weather. He managed not only to get the boiler working again, but he also got heating for a whole floor working again which had been broken for ages. He even recorded a video for handover to the electrician. Cannot recommend this company enough. Not only did they do a bang up job getting rid of my old boiler system and refreshing with a whole new combo and new radiators to match they were a pleasure to deal with personally, and even responded to an emergency I had out of hours. Extremely professional group with quick responses and no question or requirement was left unanswered or uncatered for.10/10 and I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends locally!

Amazing job done at very short notice by the team at heroes on hand tricky job in a very tight space in our tiny loft totally blocked down pipe had to have the loft tank drained then hoovered then blocked pipework cut out and new pipework reinstalled very nice team brilliant standard of work pleasure to have them in our house highly recommended

Charlie and Jake did a really fantastic job installing a double Hive Thermostat for us. Really diligent trouble shooting a complex installation, making sure it was working completely. So wonderful to be dealing with really compitent engineers. Thoroughly recommend them.
