Wow..its great to be ignored! 'Sales Assistant' who was not with a customer and who knew we were standing there just ignored us..not even a little nod of the head or 'i'll be with you in a second' nothing..voted with our feet and changed to another network. Thank you Three,much more professional!

Awful. Wanted to buy a PAYG mobile data sim but was persuaded against my better judgement by Darren to take a pay monthly account and cancel despite previous issues cancelling with Vodafone. He didn’t let on it was actually a business account I was being signed up for. The direct debit was not set up properly, didn’t receive bills, wasn’t given the necessary details to set up an online account and payment wasn’t taken and I was therefore chased by their debt recovery company. Cancelled and settled the payment but I’m now being chased by the recovery co again for the final payment - again no bill received. Tried phoning to make payment but they refuse as my account is cancelled and say I must go into the shop to reset my account. Really loathe to have anything to do with this untrustworthy company and their even more untrustworthy store and employees

To start with the 1st assistant couldn't have been more helpful, new all about several different phone & I felt confident completing my new contract.Several days later had to return to the shop with setting up problems & was attended to by an hostile angry woman who said she could not help with my problem as the account as opened in my husbands name, fair enough (although wish I had been told this information when purchasing the contract) This woman has no manors to work in retail, her tone of voice is loud & harsh she showed no empathy that I had traveled 50 miles & now my husband would need to do this also to short the problem. We had heard her tone towards a customer on our previous visit to the store too. Seems all the other staff keep their heads down & ignore the ways she speaks to people.After 2wks the phone is now up & working. This was an unnecessary stressful experience & I would not recommend going to this store.I was a paying customer & manors cost nothing. Be kind to people.

I had issues which were not resolved via online chat. Went into store today to get some help. Alan and Vilius were great, solved problem and gave me advice on a wifi issue also. Hold on to these fab employees Vodafone.

Buisiess not so good in these phone shops these days ,but this shops been in this location for ages ,virgin came and went three other larger phone shops nearby so scope for everyone ,but when you buy from Vodafone Do you realy need to send as many e.mails afterwards my phones clogged up and I don't even have the phone it was got as a gift for my grandson ,he's getting no e.mails and am binning loads

Stopped in for a new sin card while in Scotland. Was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly guy Travis and his coworker. An absolutely top notch experience. If you need some help with your phone service while in town definitely stop by and see these guys!

I am not happy with this vodafone network because it charges me to much like just for iPhone 12 64 GB £73 A month 43 Data plan and im just using 10 to 12GB and now they are not changing my data plans any no one can help me same like live agents no so my friend have o2 they just pay 15£ a month and he is so happy so i am going to switch to any other network i am not satisfied with o2
