My Ford Mondeo suffered a broken front suspension spring near Luton Town Centre at 11.00am. A friend phoned Roger Pannell Car Repair Garage in Berry Park Luton on my behalf to request a repair. I arrived at the garage at 11.15am, and the car was examined. 2 mechanics soon started to dismantle the front suspension and Roger Pannell very kindly drove me home. The repaired car was delivered to my house at 4pm the same day. The repair bill was very much less than any Ford Main Agent would charge. Truly a 5 Star service!
