For an emergency repair, he came on the same day and set clear expectations about what he could perform based on which spare parts he had in his van. His great communication is matched by the value for money he provides. Would recommend him to everyone in the area!

£69 call out charge then quoted £250 to unblock a toilet. Told him now and he messed around for 5 mins with a plunger and left with it still blocked. Avoid at all costs.Review edited: I was not told about these charges on the phone. Pimlico plumbers charge 120+VAT per hour and could have also sent someone that evening so had I known how much you wanted I would have gone with them instead. Let's not forget the other reviews below and you are clearly doing the same thing to lots of people - drawing them in with a low price and then quoting a very high price when you get there.

Repaired isolation valve coming into our flat. A bit tricky to organise as we needed Council to turn off the water supply at the same time. The booking agent was very helpful. All went smoothly and our plumber was really great - polite calm and professional. Have used them for several jobs and they are very reliable

Unsatisfactory Service Experience: I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received recently. I had initially booked a plumber for an appointment, but he informed me that he would be unable to attend. Consequently, he provided me with Zak's contact information. Zak agreed to come at the specified time, but unfortunately, he arrived more than 20 minutes late due to difficulties with parking. Upon inspection, he quoted an exorbitant rate of £380 per hour for the job, which I found to be unreasonable. Additionally, Zak mentioned an outcall charge, which was not disclosed during the initial booking and is a requirement according to trading standards.Feeling compelled to proceed with the service, I reluctantly agreed to the £380 fee. Zak spent a considerable two hours attempting to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, his actions resulted in a leak in the office below. It became apparent that the pipe had been damaged during his attempts to fix the problem. Zak assured me that he would return the following day, but despite my attempts to contact him via phone calls and text messages, he remained unresponsive.In light of the situation, I contacted Pimlico Plumbers, who confirmed that the damage to the pipe had been caused by Zak. I strongly advise against engaging his services to avoid a similar negative experience. I have also provided Zak with my bank details in order to facilitate a refund, but regrettably, he has not responded to my messages.

Boiler installed in my property, had an old conventional system, the engineers removed the old system and relocated the new combination boiler to a much more suitable location, very polite engineers, works completed within price range and on time.Highly recommend for all plumbing and gasworks.
