Fantastic company! We bought a static caravan from them in 2018 to live in during our self-build project. We found them to be very friendly and helpful with an excellent knowledge that was crucial for us as neither of us had any idea what we were doing! They provide a non-pressure environment and went out of their way to accommodate us (they kept the static longer than they should have until we were ready to receive it on our site). The caravan they supplied saw us through a 2-year build and we have just had them back to pick up and move it to a local self-builder. They prepared well for the move and their efficiency in carrying it out was impressive, especially as our property has challenging access. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We have recently purchased a 4 bed static from mark at Worcestershire caravan sales. The whole experience has been brilliant, no pushy sales just an idea of what was where in the yard. We choose the caravan we thought would suit our needs best and discussed price and what we required. Mark and his team have done everything we required and more, attention to detail, service levels and cleanliness are all outstanding. Delivery team were fab too. Would like to say a big thank you to Mark and his staff. We bought our caravan from here a few things needed tweaking, and was carried out to a very high standard also replacing all the carpets with new free of charge.Also professionally cleaned too. All safety tested.It was delivered today by 2 drivers who were really experienced and helpful to situate onsite.Would recommend anyone looking for a caravan to give this family run business a go you won’t be disappointed.Also everything carried out during covid and in the timescale that was given.Cheers Mark and staff, we will enjoy our caravan.

This was my first time purchasing a caravan to replace my old static and I was quite apprehensive about the procedure, but from the moment I walked into Worcestershire caravans premises and was greeted by Mark I immediately felt reassured and at ease.  Mark was open and honest with me,  he explained everything and answered all my queries and nothing was too much trouble.  Whilst looking around all their caravans Mark was unobtrusive, he just popped up every now and again to see how I was getting on and to answer any queries or concerns that I had.   I eventually found the caravan that was perfect for me and any imperfections or damaged fixtures and fittings were repaired or replaced prior to delivery.  The caravan was delivered to site having been cleaned and looking immaculate, the guys who installed the caravan worked extremely hard to overcome the testing terrain to level and stabilise the caravan as the pitch wasn't easy to navigate being on a steep incline and rough uneven ground.  The level of service that was provided by this company went above and beyond my expectations and i can honestly say that everyone that I met or spoke with were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to provide a professional service.

We bought static caravan from w/c - it arrived immaculate inside and out.and was sited by very experienced team. We have now sold van back, the whole experience was faultless and all timescales were adhered to We can thoroughly recommend this company, they have old fashioned values, which means customer service comes first. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a static caravan!This is a family run business and they absolutely know what they are doing. Their lot is well organised, easy to navigate and we got to take our time by ourselves and then they jumped to to help us out when needed. Everyone in the office was friendly, accomodating and helpful, even offered us the use of their kitchen to make a bottle for our toddler when he was getting hungry and grumpy, to name one example. Their premises are clean and tidy and caravans are really well looked after.Delivery prices are transparent and very reasonable! They brought a convoy with the lorry and several guys making sure the trees on the narrow country lane wouldnt hit the caravan and the skill and speed they worked at was amazing to see. Our caravan is delivered safe and sound without any issues and everyone is happy, including the neighbours. I genuinly think they need to be charging more for this service.In short, we are very happy with our decision to shop with Worcestershire Caravan Sales and wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. They went above and beyond from start to finish. They were honest, no pressure, worked with us, trustworthy, friendly and professional. Easy to communicate with. I thought making a big purchase like this would be stressful but it was anything but. Had our second caravan of these guys. Customer service is quality. Mark and the lads who came to site the van were top draw. Wasn’t the easiest access for sure but they made it look easy and had it down and into place within 2 hours. Quality service and a great bunch of lads. Highly recommend
