I have used Hellen’s Nail for some basic reasonsThe place is extremely clean and tidyThe staff are so professional at their work. Over all services is the main fact i would recommend this nail shop.

2 of nails were chipped and I wanted to fix them. He insisted a needed infills just to overcharge me. Not a great place. Would not recommend.

I’ve been here about 3 times now and I really enjoy the people here. I’m not the type to explore with nail designs so I was really worried when I showed and told her about what I wanted. But she did a fantastic job. Also got a pedicure and they were very lovely. I’m quite an anxious person so when somethings wrong I tend to keep it to myself. But the person doing my feet was very attentive and noticed I was uncomfortable. She made me comfortable enough to mention that the water was too hot and she adjusted it without making it seem like I was burdensome. That might seem like a little thing but little things like that are important to me. They are usually quite busy but I think that’s a testament to how good they are.

I did my acrylic full set(I paid £50) done today and I like how it was done but the lady who was doing was very rude..(although I saw other staffs were very good and smiling..)she was not friendly at all if I was asking or telling her anything she was replying rudely..overall experience was good and just because of her I m giving 3star otherwise I would have given 5star. And I think staff should behave good n should be more welcoming.Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would staff are horrible especially the owner terrible nail shop. Done my sisters nails terrible then when asked for them to get redone they started giving attitude and shouting. The nails they thought were good for my sister were thick, half the nails didn’t even fit her finger, they was sticking up

Never seen such an unprofessional, rude and disgusting nail technician before. Had my nails done and the colour came off in five days. Bear in mind this is where i get my nails and pedicure done everytime and never complained and she treated me like someone she didn't know and she asked me to pay £20 for something they didn't do well. Never going back. Absolutely horrific lady.

Ngl let me keep it real. All the bad reviews you read from this shop is a real experience. Because when I read them I related 110% to what they explained and this was from 4years ago till now and they still treat ppl the same way ? Ffs. I paid 73 pound together it was a bump I hate my nails both sets. they did what they thought was better for you not what you want. their customer service is very poor and yes the staff are quite rude and patronising, they rush your nails too and only nice (pretend nice) lol to their regulars. Ain’t going back there boi, it was my only option and I was disappointed man . I feel dips in my acrylic coz she didn’t even apply it properly coz it’s rushed !

I’ve been coming for a few months now and they have really helped my nails and looked after me. I won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you so much Jenny and the team :)

I came to this salon a few times and I always had my eyebrows done by Meg.This morning she wasn’t on the shop floor and another lady did them. I specifically told her to NOT TOUCH the middle cause I was painstakingly regrowing the hair and asked several time if she understood, considering tomorrow is my wedding day.She took everything away. I now have a massive gap in my eyebrow cause in this shop they rarely listen and care mostlyabout being quick.I complained that she didn’t do what I wanted, but I didn’t even receive an apology and was charged full price. I am never setting foot in this shop again.Thank you for messing up my face the day before my wedding…
