Caremark (Chelmsford & Uttlesford)

Been working with Caremark Chelmsford for the past 7 years and have never had an issue. Staff are always polite and helpful and are always a pleasure to work with.

I started working for Caremark (Chelmsford & Uttlesford) as soon as the lockdown was enforced within the UK due to my own business having to close for a few months.The training was thorough and although nervous of reprising a role I hadn't had for 20 years I felt that the support of the staff and the supervisors/managers was superb.The team they have are dedicated, hardworking and caring professionals that are an absolute credit to them. It's been a pleasure to work alongside these experienced carers and be privy to the dignity and respect they uphold for our clients day after day.I am proud of my role within Caremark and would recommend to all looking to work within the care industry.

The care delivered is centred all around what is wanted not what they think is needed. It is all about the clients. Great staff and great service.

Caremark is a company that really does value the word care and pushes for top quality care for the clients. I know this from personal experience as a care coordinator in the office for 2 years and being a carer beforehand.Their open door policy allows staff to talk about anything. I have always been able to talk to them at troubling times where they always offer support and also to share some great times. It is definitely hard to balance everything but working as a team eases the pressure. Clients are always well looked after and this is what brings me joy, knowing when I am at work I'm helping to make a difference. I really enjoy working at Caremark and think that is one of the best companies that I have worked for in my career.

I have worked for caremark for the last 2 years I am proud to say I work here, all staff are approachable the training is quality and they are quick to update everything that's needs updating ie training, clients needs would highly recommend this company and would want no one else looking after or a family member should we ever need it... Proud of you guys
