This company is the single worst company I have ever dealt with. One star is too good for these people.They charged me £294 for a survey and arranged to come back the next week. However they then proceeded to cancel 3 appointments in a row without telling me (I phoned up each time in order to ask where the engineer was and was told that they would not be attending).Finally after not coming out for the 3rd time, the company informed me that they could not schedule me into their diary at any point in the future and that I should seek another company to carry out the work.At time of writing they have pocketed the £294, and I am not hopeful of getting it back without legal action.Save your time and give these fools a wide berth.

Having received a visit from the surveyor on the 25 March to quote for new driveway and side gate, we hear after a 6 week delay that they no longer wish to supply non electric gates. Whilst I accept that companies may wish to change their business profiles, I have wasted this time sending emails and making phone calls, all unanswered, to be advised that they do not wish to quote for the business. Poor customer service is unacceptable.Having read a recent review I think I may have had a lucky escape!Unable to give any stars as haven’t received any service whatsoever.
