Had my moms car in to be fixed as kept going into limp mode and engine light coming on. All they did was clear the faults by plugging it in and charging her £60 and said they fixed it. The next day the car threw up the same fault and she had to stop the car in a very rural area on her own in minus tempreture figures. Well done charles kenwood for scamming my mom and putting her in danger. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!

After my car broke down outside, Spencer came out to check everything was ok, he was extremely helpful and said best not to drive the car as water was leaking heavily, leave it on forecourt until I can arrange for it to be seen. I asked if he would be able to look at it.This was just as they were closing, the next day it was done as it happened it was a minor fault but it was fixed and no silly expensive charges just a fast efficient and fair invoice .Thanks guys
