Very happy, quick delivery and beautiful stools!

Purchased the Sophia set of drawers. Beautiful quality piece of furniture. Not a flaw in the craftsmanship. So pleased with it..plan to buy another one! Great communication from delivery man who even helped carry it in.

Ordered the Ultrafragola Wave LED Mirror which was advertised on their website as 'brilliant white when switched off'. The mirror I received is mauve coloured, not white. The company have ignored all of my emails and phone calls and have since removed this description from their website. Disgustingly immoral and deceitful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a mirrored chest of drawers which came on the 11th of June 2020 the day I open the box and assembled the drawers I found that one of the handles of the drawers did not sit well due to there being two entry holes overlapping which prevented the handle from laying flush. I contacted the company advise them that I would like them to replace to draw because I spent a lot of money and I want it to corrected. Initially I was offered 10% back or a replacement of the drawer and I chose a replacement. They sent out two drawers the first one was white which is not the colour of my chest of drawers (it’s mirrored) the second one came and it was smashed! At this point I just wanted to get some sort of compensation as Id paid a lot of money for something that is faulty. I contacted the company again as I was not contacted on either occasion acknowledging the fact that the attempted deliveries were incorrect and requested a partial refund as I’m no longer waiting for the correct draw to be delivered in on piece however, I’ve had radio silence since mid August! I have found the communication has been extremely poor even when I had ordered the chest of drawers communication wasn’t their strongest point. Wouldn’t purchase from here again.

worst customer service ever! will never answer their phone and it goes to a O2 VM. My Hollywood dressing table came with 0 instructions and more screws ect that required. Dressing table has grey marks on it that won't come off. It was semi made but some screws had fallen out which shows it was rushed when put together. Emailed them and have been ignored many times. Gave wrong day of delivery. Paid almost 1grand for this. list goes on and on. very unprofessional-avoid at all costs

Do not order from this company. I ordered the Ultra Fragola replica mirror, costing over £900 delivered and it’s arrived smashed and damaged due to the box not being properly secured, and the company is completely unreachable. Phone goes to voicemail and no replies on email.

Responded to my email within a day. Ordered on Monday, received my order on Fri. Absolutely gorgeous sideboard and mirror. Delivery guy was great.

Order never arrived and nobody replies to the emails or answers the sketchu O2 voicemail you are sent to.
