Trades under many names but after my experience using them guised as rc hobbies I would most certainly avoid them. The sent my shipment of 2 items 1 item missing and one item damaged beyond use. Phoned them they asked me to email pictures and would get it sorted straight away. No reply to emails and on the 16th phone call they bothered to answer and Neil was completely unhelpful and would not resolve the problem.

Avoid, complete fraudsters. Ordered my nephews birthday present, they sent two incorrect, identical items, totalling the original order. Said they’d arrange collection and never have. Now they’re ignoring all emails, phone calls.

I have been involved in the same recent disappointing service as the preceding reviews.A shame as previously I received good service from this company.After ordering a get well gift for my grandson the wrong order was delivered. I have tried repeatedly to sort out the problem with phone calls and emails, including a complaint .On the latest phone call ( when I got an answer) being reassured that resolution of the situation was in hand . Unfortunately 2 weeks later there is still no delivery . The phone has now been disconnected but I note the company is still trading on line and their store appears to be open in Swindon. In light of my recent experience and failure to resolve my concerns I cannot recommend this company.Should they manage to resolve my concerns and either deliver or refund I will be sure to ament this review.

I ordered an item based on their claim of quick delivery just before I moved house. It took so long for them to send it we had moved by the time delivery was attempted. Contacted them for a refund and was told they would do so once the item was returned to them. This was now 8 months ago and I have had no response to any emails I have sent them. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received and I would strongly recommend everyone avoids using this company.

SCAM. Only giving one star because it’s impossible to give 0. Ordered an item that never arrived and they have a non-existent customer service department. Phone number on their website isn’t in use and they don’t reply to emails.

This company is shocking. I got sent the wrong item. I immediately contact them. I sent 3 emails and got nothing back. I then called them and said they were going to send me a label to send the item they had sent me onto the next person. That's shocking service anyway but went with it. Guess what, they didn't get in contact with me. Stay well away. Still trying to get a refund.
