Honestly if your thinking of taking your dog here please don’t, may aswell ask a drunk friend who has never used clippers to have a go at cutting your dog, no customer service at all, asked for a short cut but keeping the cockapoo features and literally got a marine crew cut all one length, bits of hair stuck to her, nails not clipped, wouldn’t take her back if they paid me the money to cut her, and to top it off she smells of chemicals. I honestly after reading the other reviews thought they’d had a one off bad experience but I wish I’d of cut her myself please don’t take your beloved dog here I can’t wait til she grows her hair back so we can get it cut by someone who knows what they’re doing

Good place but never had a problem with them until the other day when I was given my dog back by a woman with a lousy attitude. Normally my dog would be sprayed with perfume when she comes out but this time the woman just passed her over and told me to pay when I had paid in advance.

Couple years ago beat my dog up got hair pieces took out of my poor defenceless dog and had to go to vet’s because of its eye it’s traumatised and doesn’t like grooms do not recommend

Best dog groomers around always do my dogs perfect and the groomers are lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Took my Maltese to be groomed. She hates being brushed and normally shakes the whole time. When I picked her up, beautifully groomed, she was so chilled out. Would highly recommend *****

Rang up to enquire about the service, and the staff were down right rude and quick to judge, never let me explain the full situation before they cut me off and said that they don’t want my dog there, they may not be fully equipped or knowledgeable to deal with all situations witch I understand, but there is no need for the way he responded really unprofessional of him and rude.
