Our weekly cleaner Anne does a great job, always on time and polite. Nice to come home to a gleaming house every Thursday.

Great cleaner it's a shame that the owners and management are not ! Shameful customer service would not recommend to anyone !

I do not know how the Lichfield area manages to survive due to the abismal way that the management serve their customers I have no compait at all with the cleaner she is fantastic but from day one I was not happy first my due day was changed they did not have the curtasy to let me know it was left to the cleaner no follow up call to see if all was well no reply to my letter ending my contract and definitely no return of money owed .
