Insulting behaviour from the manager today. Been a customer there since the start of the year but when I went today the manager refused to let me use their service because I don't look 25.I'm 21, you have to be 18 to tan. Why does a tanning place have the same 25 Policy that was implemented for purchase of Alcohol.I've had numerous amount of different employees serve me and not once did they have a problem with the way I looked.I thought maybe she's just being very strict until she asked me for at least a bank card" to verify. How would a bank card verify my age. At that point I felt like it COULD have been racially motivated but I won't jump the gun too soon. Just very odd that she said I look under 25 but wants my Bank card. Almost as if she didn't believe I said who I was. Don't know how I would guess a name that's in the system and guess the last time I was there correctly.If you're 18+ and don't look 25 (like 99% of all 18 year olds) then don't come here without ID. Dumb policy for a tanning store.Definitely would recommend going to other tanning salons before trying this one."

Staff are always so friendly and helpful, shop is always clean and tidy, the hybrid beds are the best, my favourite place to go for my tan!!

Have been going here for about a year, staff have always been polite and helpful. The beds are well maintained and it is all very clean.

Travelled to use today, suppose to be open at 9am shop still closed at 9.38am

Been going here since opened was fine in the beginning now staff rude and complacent.Stop going went to tanning shop went this weekput couese on give another go but after tonight and the girl that was on forget it .Plenty more around with much better customer service and not inappropriately dressed.

Very clean, friendly, great beds but lacks mirrors in the cubicles. It’s the first ever tanning centre I’ve known never to have mirrors
