Very quick response to my initial enquiry, samples arrived as promised and then the ordering and payment process was quick and simple. Tambour units arrived again as promised and they were relatively easy to fit even for a novice like me. Finished door looks great and works well. Would happily recommend.

I was worried my order might be too small for Fennel, but it was dealt with very professionally and very quickly. Then I realised I needed to top it up with a couple more items and they again responded instantly - in the middle of the Euro finals, in fact. Awesome....My orders arrived less than 24 hours after I'd paid for them. The products seem great too: I'm very pleased with my handles. They're much more solid than the other ones I'd tried and rejected.Excellent products and excellent service. Thank you!

I searched high and low for a set of replacement door catches and eventually found them stocked by Fennel via the Amazon website. I sent an email Sunday evening to see if Fennel would deal with me since I had such a small order, had an affirmative reply by 9am the next morning and took delivery by 11am Wednesday morning. I am very pleased that I found this company - can not recommend highly enough.

I desperately needed a replacement locker catch for my camper van. I managed to track the supplier down to this company who have been fantastic. Not only did they let me purchase just the part of the lock mechanism I needed rather than the whole thing (all too common I'm afraid), but they took my order and despatched it same day. Kathy at the company was very friendly and efficient.
